As one of the founders of Whole Self Wellness Performance Coaching, he specializes in utilizing the CrossFit methodology alongside specialized training programs in aerobic capacity, gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, and power lifting. His passion lies in guiding individuals towards diverse fitness goals, from active engagement with family to competing in fitness sports.
